At Dukatech, we value our client's feedback, and we have complete trust in the products we supply. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 48hrs after the delivery to reach out to make your request. Our 24/7 customer service team will then evaluate your claim. Once it is approved you will receive a notification through email.


However, not all products will be accepted once returned. Some products are final purchases and returns are unaccepted. This is in place to encourage you to buy products you are sure of. Items to be returned or exchanged are:

  • Damaged on delivery.
  • With fault e.g. machines without all parts or not functional
  • Counterfeit - they do not match the product description on the website


In case you want to return a purchase due to a change of mind, our team will evaluate your request and only accept the return if the product is not tampered with and the Dukatech seal is intact. To speed up your return, head on over to your nearest Dukatech store and make your request in person.


Exceptions to this policy are:

  • Goods with signs of wear and tear.
  • Goods purchased at a discount.




You can also get quick refunds at Dukatech by simply returning the product unopened or unused. Refunds are only acceptable when:

  • The product is not what you ordered.
  • The product is faulty or does not perform its intended task.
  • The product is broken or damaged on delivery.
  • Change of mind: you would like to exchange the product for another of the same kind and similar value.


Please note that goods bought at a discounted rate, and referrals will only be refunded for the exact amount paid. Those bought or offered as gifts during promotions are not eligible for returns or refunds.


To place your refund or return, log in to your Dukatech account and reach our 24/7 customer service team. This can be done by calling the service number provided on your package or the one currently on our website. You can also send us an email requesting a refund. In it, describe your request, the product and its purchase number as indicated in your cart, and whether you want a refund, exchange, or return the product.
